  • Why do I have to pay prior to contacting candidates?

    This is a deposit before you begin the process.  There is a 1 month salary deposit on hand and you will be billed for the current hours weekly.  If you do not find a VA your deposit will be fully refunded if no engagement has started.

  • How do track my VA's time to ensure that they are indeed working?

    We highly recommend that you use Time Tracking websites such as TimeDoctor.comHubstaff.comClickTime.com, etc… There are many websites online which allows you to seamlessly track your VA's productivity. 
    You can easily in real-Time track hours, mouse movements, view screenshots every few minutes, calculate payroll based on productiveness and much more.

  • Can I negotiate my VA's hourly rate?

    No, this is set based on experience and level of service.  These are all standard in our company.

  • How do I pay my Virtual Assistant?

    We will bill you weekly for the hours worked or per engagement and you have the option to use Payoneer, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle to transfer funds to our accounting department.

  • What are a few sample questions that I should ask candidates during interviews?

    1) Communication Skills:

     

    What three character traits would your friends use to describe you?

    If chosen for this position, describe your strategy for the first 3-7 days.

     

    2) Planning and Organizing:

    How will you manage your time?

    Do you work better under pressure or with time to plan and organize?

    What negative thing would your last boss say about you?

    Would you rather write a report or give it verbally?

     

    3) Problem Solving:

    Tell me about a time when you had to deal with conflict on the job.

    How quickly do you make a decision?

    Did you ever postpone making a decision? Why?

     

    4) Behavioral:

    How do you think I rate as an interviewer?

    Tell me about the most effective presentation you ever made.

    Give me an example of your adaptation to changes and the difficulties that went with that.

     

    5) Teamwork:

    Give examples of steps taken to make each team member (in a team) feel important.

    What is your usual role in a team?

    How do you get someone to accept one of your ideas?

     

    6) Customer Service Skills:

    Do you have experience as a prospector? If so, describe the most difficult scheduling problem you have faced.

    Describe a situation where you went out of your way to provide customer satisfaction.
